CLIENT AGREEMENT

To make sure that my clients receive the dedication and care, I ask for a commitment from you if you are requesting quotes and services from me. The client agreement and credit authorization form are required to begin a working relationship with Eagle Travel Consultants. Once you have reached out to me via e-mail or phone, I will send you the necessary forms to sign and return before the research and design is started. There is a Research and Design fee of $50 for first time clients. This can be applied the professional fees if you decide to book with Eagle Travel Consultants.

The Client Agreement and the terms and conditions at www.eagletravelconsultants.com becomes effective between Eagle Travel Consultants and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of research and design fees, until terminated in writing by you or Eagle Travel Consultants.

I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries.

All vacations arranged through us offer Peace of Mind, as I am experienced professional in the business of planning individual travel for travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.

Research and design fee is $50 for new clients  (except for Universal Studio Tickets) and can be applied to the professional fee.

All fees are nonrefundable and is separate from cost of travel.

This agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers - airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers not listed.

 

PROFESSIONAL FEES

Thank you for choosing eagle travel consultants to handle your travel plans my passion is to assist travelers with high quality vacations.

I have built great partnerships with many destinations, brands, suppliers. Some suppliers, tourism boards, pay us to promote their area and brands and some pay us for trusting them with our clients. Of course, not all brands, products and services compensate us for our time and expertise. Airlines are a good example of this. However, my priority is you, the client, and providing you with the best vacation options to create your ideal trip. I take pride in matching you with the best components of your trip and not pushing services that aren't a good match for you.

I also offer a military and first responders discount of 10% of all professional fees. Proof of service is required and must be mentioned at the time of signing agreement.

 

DOMESTIC TRAVEL

                This includes travel within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

                                Starts at $60 for single city destination (5 people max)

                               6 or more people $120

                               $15 additional per city

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

                                This includes travel for most international destinations like Europe, Asia, Australia, South Pacific, etc.

                                Starts at $125 for 1-3 cities (5 people max)

                                6 or more people $250

                                $30 for each additional city

                                Includes flight research and booking.

PREARRANGED TOURS AND ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS PACKAGES

                                This includes pre-arranged guided tours (coach tours, land tours with preset departures. Includes flights, transfers and any pre/post tour arrangement packages.

                                Starts at $85 for up to 5 people max

                                6 or more people $170

CRUISES -WITHIN UNITED STATES

                                This includes cruises that depart within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), cruises to the Caribbean, Mexico and any river cruise.  Includes 5 quotes.

                                Starts at $60 for 5 people max

                                6 or more people $120

OCEAN/RIVER CRUISE EMBARKING/DEBARKING OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES

                                This includes cruises that depart outside of the United States and involve additional transportation to and from the embarkation/debarkation port and hotel. (Flight, train, hotel)

                                Starts at $85 for 5 people max

                                6 or more people $120

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS TICKETS

                                This includes theme park tickets and hotels within the Orlando Universal Park footprint.   NO ADDITIONAL FEE
